Bills fans loving Jordyn Tyson’s New Jersey quip about Giants, Jets

The Buffalo Bills are currently preparing for the upcoming NFL Draft, which is slated to begin on Thursday evening. The Bills are looking to add to their roster after what has already been a busy offseason, headlined by the firing of head coach Sean McDermott and the promotion of Joe Brady to the same role.

One of the top wide receiving prospects on the board this year is Jordyn Tyson out of Arizona State, and recently, the star prospect was asked about the possibility of being drafted by the New York Giants or New York Jets, and his response had Bills fans excited.

“Isn’t it in Jersey, technically?” he wondered, per Giants Videos, per Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team on X, formerly Twitter.

Bills fans have long been quick to point out that their team is the only one that truly plays its games in the state of New York, and needless to say, they were having a field day with Tyson’s words in the comment section.

“He knows Buffalo is the only team in New York…,” wrote one fan.

“Dude wants to be a Buffalo Bill and he doesn’t even know it,” added another.

The Bills would certainly love to have a player like Tyson on their roster, considering their struggles in the wide receiver room over the last few seasons, but it’s unlikely that he’ll still be on the board by the time Buffalo’s pick comes around.

The Bills already made some strides to try to address their lack of depth at the receiver position this offseason, having traded for former Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore, sending out draft compensation in return.

In any case, the draft is scheduled to get underway on Thursday evening in Pittsburgh.
