Titans rumors: ESPN insider suggests WR could be pick at No. 4

The Tennessee Titans could shake things up at the top of the 2026 NFL Draft. Tennessee has been closely connected to Jeremiyah Love leading up to the draft, but recent rumors suggest he could go to Arizona. That could lead the Titans to make a surprising decision at No. 4.

ESPN’s Dan Graziano suggested that Tennessee could go wide receiver with the fourth overall pick.

“I have been told the Titans also would like to trade down from No. 4; but if they can’t, the pick is likely to be an edge rusher or a wide receiver,” Graziano wrote. “So, if Bailey is still on the board at No. 4, he’d be a strong candidate to go to Tennessee. If not, I expect the Titans to either trade down or take whichever wideout (Ohio State’s Carnell Tate or Arizona State’s Jordyn Tyson) they have ranked the highest.”

Tennessee does need to add more talent at wide receiver. After all, newcomer Wan’Dale Robinson is by far their best receiver headed into the draft. But it would certainly be surprising for the Titans to pass on Love or an elite defensive prospect.

Meanwhile, ESPN’s Peter Schrager paired the Titans with Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles in his final mock draft.

“It would be hard for the Titans to not take Reese if he’s still available, considering their need at edge rusher,” Schrager wrote. “But it’d also be hard for coach Robert Saleh to leave Styles on the board. He is seen as a near guarantee with exciting traits. And remember that Saleh loved having Fred Warner in his defense in San Francisco. Tennessee wants franchise cornerstones, and Styles can be just that.”

The Titans could do almost anything with the fourth overall pick.

It will be exciting to see what Tennessee does in the first round on Thursday evening.
