It is the penultimate race week of 2025, with the Portimão and Valencia GPs back to back for the next two weekends. So to start the week, a round up of bits and pieces of news that may be of interest.
Injury update: Maverick Viñales out of Portimão
The 2025 MotoGP season continues to be as punishing as ever. Aprilia’s Jorge Martin and Ducati Lenovo’s Marc Márquez have already been listed as absent from the Portuguese GP due to injury, with Márquez set to miss the Valencia GP and test as well. Now, Tech3 KTM have announced that Maverick Viñales is to sit out the weekend in Portimão as well.
