With the 2026 NFL draft scheduled to begin later this week in Pittsburgh, a second-round pick will be offered an exciting lifetime opportunity. While NFL contracts are generally lucrative, this new sponsorship will also be tasty.
Heinz has announced that it will give a lifetime supply of ketchup to the 57th overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft. Heinz plans to start a new tradition called “Mr. 57,” according to a press release from the Pittsburgh-based condiment company.
The player chosen this year as the 57th pick will receive a custom “Mr.57” jacket, a lifetime supply of free ketchup, and a chance to partner with the Heinz brand in future promotions. The Chicago Bears own a total of seven picks; they have the No. 25 overall pick and the No. 60 overall pick. The Bears also have the 57th pick in the draft in addition to the No. 89 (third round), No. 129 (fourth round), and Nos. 239 and 241 (seventh round).
“This campaign looks forward to pay tribute to the famous 57 that has appeared on Heinz bottles for over a century. “As a former 57th pick, I know firsthand how much that number can mean. Hearing your name called on Draft day is a moment you carry for life, so it’s an honor to welcome the first ‘Mr. 57’ into the club,” said former Chicago Bears veteran Devin Hester in a statement (H/T USA Today).
This year’s NFL draft will see more than just the 57th pick celebrating. Fans all over the country can join the fun without even leaving their homes. Once the 2026 NFL draft’s 57th pick is announced, customers can get $25 off Uber Eats orders at participating restaurants, as per a statement by the company.
