Female footballer who quit the game to join OnlyFans after being caught inhaling balloons – and banked more than £500k from raunchy platform – is back in the game

An OnlyFans star who quit football after being caught inhaling balloons has returned to the sport after signing for a new club.

Madeleine Wright, 26, has signed for Chatham Town Women – who currently play in the National League which is the third tier of women’s football in the UK.

Posting to X, formerly Twitter, the club wrote: ‘Welcome, Madelene. We are delighted to confirm the signing of forward Madelene Wright!’

She has found a new club after a season-long stint at Chesham United last term saw her end the campaign without a new contract.

That followed a spell with Leyton Orient once she was sacked by Charlton Women in 2019 after pictures of her off-field antics emerged.

Wright had also previously been investigated by her former club Millwall after she filmed a friend holding a dog with its paws on the steering wheel while they were driving along a residential road – footage of which emerged in 2019.

She previously revealed she is earning around £500,000 from OnlyFans, with the money changing her life

Once hesitant to launching her own OnlyFans profile, Wright says she has no regrets

She was seen sipping champagne from a bottle behind the wheel of her £31,500 modified Range Rover Evoque in a video that year.

But she has managed to carve out a successful high-profile career for herself away from football.

That has come in the form of being a content creator on OnlyFans – which she has undertaken since leaving Orient.

It has seen her Instagram following grow to an enormous mark of 324,000 at the time this article was published.

That comes as she has earnt at least £500,000 from OnlyFans since 2022 as she continues to take the internet by storm.

While she admitted to having concerns about signing up to OnlyFans because it has earnt a reputation for allegedly showing pornography and purportedly allowing prostitutes to offer sex, Madeleine says she she feels she made the right call.

Speaking to The Sun in 2022, she said: ‘My main reason not to do it was the reputation it had. I didn’t want to be associated with that kind of thing.

‘But when you weigh up the pros and cons, and after doing it for a full year, I know I made the right decision.

Wright was dismissed by Charlton after several damning videos emerged on social media

‘In the first year I made in the ballpark of half a million pounds. I can’t lie, it has completely changed my life.

‘I was able to get my own place, I have been able to travel the world and have enjoyed a lot of luxurious things.’

She also expressed her desire to become an entrepreneur and start her own business in order to prove her credentials outside of football.
