It appears a picture floating around on the Internet of Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence with short hair is not accurate. Digital content specialist Marcel Robinson set the record straight, by posting a photo on social media with Lawrence.
Lawrence had long hair in the photo.
Nope

“Can confirm 16 and I had a good laugh about it tho,” Robinson posted while refuting the report that Lawrence had cut his hair.
Lawrence is known for his long hair, that sticks out from under his football helmet during games. The Jaguars quarterback even had long hair when he played for Clemson in college.
The Dov Kleiman X account had posted a photo of Lawrence with short hair. It is unclear when or where the picture was taken.
Trevor Lawrence hopes to lead the Jaguars back to the NFL Playoffs in 2026
The Jaguars won the AFC South in the 2025 season, posting 13 wins. Jacksonville made the postseason but lost in the AFC playoffs to the Buffalo Bills.
Lawrence and the squad are hoping for more during the 2026 season. It was rumored that Jacksonville was planning to use two-way star Travis Hunter more on defense than offense moving forward. Hunter appeared to refute those reports.
“Now who told you this?” Hunter replied to a social media post made by NFL reporter Ian Rapoport, regarding those plans.
No matter what happens with Hunter, the Jaguars need Lawrence to produce. Jacksonville’s quarterback has 17,822 career NFL passing yards. He has also thrown for 98 touchdowns.
“Look, four new systems, multiple different head coach situations, OCs, whatever it is. Go throughout the season, and you find out, I mean, doesn’t miss a single practice, doesn’t miss a single throw in practice, played the whole season. Obviously, MVP finalist, Comeback Player of the Year finalist, did some great things,” Jaguars head coach Liam Coen said recently, per NFL.com. “There is so much room to continue to improve.”
Jaguars fans hope that their team has success in 2026, regardless of how long Lawrence’s hair is.
