Marc Marquez has reestablished his authority on the MotoGP class at Austin, taking top spot in timed practice and the first rider to drop into the 2’00s. Ai Ogura was the only other rider to join Marquez in the 2’00s, the Trackhouse Aprilia rider finishing five hundredths of a second behind Marquez.
