Patriots’ Kyle Williams nearly takes out streaker during Super Bowl LX

As Super Bowl LX between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks draws to a close, the AFC champions haven’t played up to their usual standards. However, a heroic attempt to tackle a streaker by Patriots wide receiver Kyle Williams may have sparked their offense. NFL reporter Ari Meirov reposted Williams’ stop of the disrupter via X, formerly Twitter.

“A streaker ended up on the Super Bowl field, and #Patriots WR Kyle Williams was about to rock him,” Meirov shared during Sunday’s title matchup.

Williams showcased the speed that helped make him a third-round pick by the Patriots last April. The rookie had a quiet first season in the NFL, catching 10 passes for 209 yards and three touchdowns. He’ll look to make a bigger impact in his sophomore campaign. While New England’s Super Bowl LX loss was a disappointment, the 2025 season was still a major success. Can Williams, quarterback Draye Maye, and the rest of the Pats’ offense improve next fall in their bid to repeat as AFC champs?
