The new era of MotoGP which starts in 2027 has fans and followers excited to see how the bikes and the racing will change. Not least because the current 1000cc bikes have evolved to such a point as to make the racing processional. Ride-height devices and aerodynamics have made passing extremely difficult.
Will the 850cc bikes which are due to take to the track in 2027 be much better? What will they be like? We don’t know, as they don’t exist yet. The factories are working on their engines already, but the 2027 bikes are yet to take to the track.
