2026 MotoGP Preseason Testing Dates Announced

MotoGP is to hold preseason testing at both Sepang and Buriram ahead of the 2026 season. The season launch at Kuala Lumpur follows on immediately from the Sepang test, and the 2026 MotoGP season will kick off at Buriram a week after the test in Thailand.

The 2026 preseason kicks off at Sepang, with three days of the shakedown test between 29th-31st of January. The factory test riders will be present there, along with rookies Toprak Razgatlioglu and the yet-to-be-announced Diogo Moreira. Contracted riders for factories in Concessions Category D will also be allowed to test at the shakedown test.
