The final practice session for the premier class started with the familiar picture of the Marquezes at the fore, before rivals started to interfere. However, no one could dethrone Marc Marquez from top spot, the Spaniard enjoying over three tenths of a second of advantage at the chequered flag, after Pecco Bagnaia managed to close in somewhat on his final lap. Until then, it looked like a repeat of Friday, with Pedro Acosta splitting the factory Ducatis, but the KTM rider eventually got demoted to 3rd – Acosta turning things around after an early tumble at the first corner.
