2026 WorldSBK Portimão March Test Day 1 – Alex Lowes Quickest On Rain-Affected First Day

The weather continues to ruin testing for the WorldSBK series. On their return to Europe, the World Superbike riders once again headed to Portimão on Portugal’s Algarve coast, usually guaranteed some decent weather, and ended up losing the first afternoon of the two-day test to rain. The track dried up at the end of the day enough to put in a few laps.
