2026 Goiânia MotoGP Free Practice 2 Result: Ogura Challenges Marquez

With an overwhelmingly dry track surface ahead of them, top spot in FP2 was hotly disputed by the premier class on Saturday morning. The contenders included Jorge Martin, Pecco Bagnaia and Fabio Di Giannantonio but the final battle came down to Ai Ogura and Marc Marquez – the Spaniard ahead just before the chequered flag started waving but soon demoted by Ogura on his final flying lap, by one hundredth of a second. Martin settled for third, another tenth of a second back, with Bagnaia down to fourth, ahead of championship leader Pedro Acosta.
